Email us at support@onebite.bg with the order number (starts with "OB-"). We'll check the order timeline and contact the restaurant.

Reporting a review or content

For a review that breaks the rules, use the "Report" button in the app or email support@onebite.bg. We usually reply within 24 hours.

Questions about personal data and requests for access, correction or deletion: support@onebite.bg. You can also delete your account yourself — see Delete account.
