How we rank restaurants

When you browse restaurants, we order them by the following factors, in this priority:

1. Serves your address — restaurants that deliver to the address you set appear first.
2. Open now — restaurants currently taking orders appear before closed ones.
3. Proximity — restaurants closer to your address usually mean faster delivery.
4. Ratings — the average recent food and delivery scores.
5. Reliability — acceptance rate, keeping to prep times, and a low cancellation share.

Paid ranking

There is currently no paid ranking or sponsored placement. If we introduce it, such placements will be clearly labelled "Sponsored". OneBite may also order restaurants by hand within a city (after "Open now"); restaurants cannot buy this order.

Changes

We will publish changes to these criteria on this page at least 15 days in advance, except for urgent security or legal changes.
